כתבה זו פורסמה בווינט כבר בסוף פברואר 2010, אך כעת מתקרב הזמן שבו הידיעה הזו הופכת להיות חשובה ורלוונטית. חיסוני השפעת לחורף הקרוב, בין אם יהיו אלה החיסונים הנותרים משנה שעברה או שמייצור חדש, מכילים ארבעה סוגי נגיפים – כלומר, בשילוב עם כל שאר החומרים המזרזים (לדוגמא, סקוואלין, פוליסורבנט 80 ) = זו היא הזריקה המסוכנת ביותר בהיסטוריה של הרפואה!

החל מהחורף הבא יכלל החיסון נגד שפעת החזירים בזריקה אחת יחד עם החיסון לשפעת החורף: כך החליט בסוף השבוע ארגון הבריאות העולמי בהמלצה השנתית שלו לקביעת הרכב החיסונים לחורף הבא. המלצת ארגון הבריאות העולמי צפויה להיות מאושרת גם במינהל התרופות והמזון האמריקני וברשות האירופאית לתרופות. גם משרד הבריאות הישראלי צפוי לרכוש את אותם החיסונים גם עבור מדינת ישראל.

מדי שנה קובעים מדעני ארגון הבריאות העולמי את הרכב חיסוני השפעת לחורף הבא. קביעה זו מבוססת למעשה על ניחוש: המדענים מתבססים על שכיחות נגיפי השפעת שנמצאו ברחבי העולם. שלושת הנגיפים השכיחים ביותר שנמצאו במהלך החורף הם הנגיפים נגדם מיוצר החיסון לשפעת.

אלא שהשנה, מגיפת שפעת החזירים שקטלה כבר אלפים ברחבי העולם, הביאה את המומחים להחליט לשלב את החיסונים בזריקה אחת. וכך, יכללו בחיסון של חורף 2010-2011 ארבעה חיסונים נגד הנגיפים H1N1 (שפעת החזירים), A/קליפורניה (המכונה גם דמוי H1N1, (A/פרת' (המכונה: דמוי H3N2) , (B/בריסבן).

גורם בכיר במשרד הבריאות מסר ל-ynet כי השנה יש כוונה להקדים את החיסונים לחורף 2010-2011 ולהתחיל אותם כבר בחודש ספטמבר, עם חזרת

הילדים לבית הספר. החיסונים צפויים להפחית דרמטית את שיעור התחלואה בשנה הבאה.

למרות בהלת החיסונים, החיסון לשפעת החזירים נמצא בטוח לחלוטין. עד כה חוסנו ברחבי העולם מעל 65 מיליון איש, אף מחוסן לא לקה בתופעת לוואי קשה או בפגיעה נוירולוגית. תופעות הלוואי הקלות שדווחו כללו כאב ואודם במקום ההזרקה, חום שחלף תוך יממה או כאבי ראש. כל תופעות הלוואי חלפו תוך מספר שעות עד יומיים.

על פי נתוני ארגון הבריאות העולמי מתו משפעת החזירים עד כה 15,921 איש ברחבי העולם. בישראל נפטרו עד כה מהמחלה 91 ישראלים, מתוכם שלוש נשים ללא מחלות רקע.

כך מתמודדדים בישראל עם ההיענות הנמוכה לחיסון לשפעת חזירים: משרד הבריאות הזמין כמות של שבעה מיליון ו-300 אלף מנות חיסון לשפעת החזירים, אולם ההיענות הנמוכה להתחסנות בישראל הביאה לכך שבעוד חודש עלולים להיזרק כמחציתם – מאות אלפי חיסונים – לאחר שתוקפם יפוג. הפתרון שמצא משרד הבריאות: הארכת תוקפם של החיסונים שפג תוקפם.

בעולם משמידים, אצלנו מאריכים תוקף

משרד הבריאות הזמין, כאמור, שבעה מיליון ו-300 אלף מנות חיסון, בעלות של 290 מיליון שקלים. אולם עד כה חוסנו פחות מ-500 אלף איש. בשירותי בריאות כללית

התחסנו קרוב ל-300,000 מבוגרים וילדים. בקופת חולים לאומית חוסנו עד כה 25,000 איש. במכבי חוסנו עד כה 113,875 איש, ובמאוחדת חוסנו 48,900 איש.

גם העולם מתמודד עם מיליוני מנות חיסון שתוקפם פג כבר החודש ובמהלך החודש הבא. משרדי בריאות בארצות הברית ובאירופה הודיעו לפני כשבוע כי הם בדרך להשמדתם של עשרות מיליוני מנות חיסון לשפעת החזירים, שעלו למשלמי המיסים מיליארדי דולרים. אצלנו יחליט אגף הרוקחות במשרד הבריאות בשיתוף חברת התרופות באם להאריך את תוקפם של החיסונים לעוד מספר חודשים. אלה צפויים להיוועד בקרוב. לפי דוברת משרד הבריאות, עינב שימרון-גרינבוים, "ישנם חיסונים שתוקפם צפוי לפוג במהלך הקיץ, אך בסבירות גבוהה התוקף יוארך. תוקפם של חלק אחר מן החיסונים הוא לשנתיים". יש לציין כי לא ניתן לבדוק בוודאות מוחלטת אם חיסון שפג תוקפו עדיין שומר על יעילותו.

דוברת משרד הבריאות, אולי לא פרסמתם מספיק את חשיבות ההתחסנות?

- שימרון-גרינבוים: "פרסמנו ללא הרף את חשיבות ההתחסנות בכל ראיון וגם בפרסום נרחב. כזכור ערכנו קמפיין מסיבי בזמן שהתחלואה היתה גבוהה".

אבל הקמפיין לא הניב תוצאות. אולי יש מקום לפרסום נוסף?

- שימרון-גרינבוים: "לא היה טעם בקמפיין נוסף כאשר התחלואה ירדה. ההחלטה האם לצאת בקמפיין נוסף תתקבל על ידי הגורמים המקצועיים במשרד ובהתאם למצב התחלואה".

האם גם אתם שותפים לההערכות בעולם לפיהם צפויה התפרצות נוספת בקיץ?

שימרון-גרינבוים: "הנחות המומחים בארץ ובעולם, כולל של ארגון הבריאות העולמי, הן כי הנגיף ישוב. המועד לא ברור והדבר יכול לקרות בקיץ או רק בחורף הבא".

קנייה מסיבית, היענות נמוכה

מבצע החיסונים לשפעת החזירים החל ב-20 בדצמבר 2009 לאחר המתנה ארוכה לסיום פיתוח החיסון שגבה מאות קורבנות ברחבי העולם. משרד הבריאות החל בקמפיין מסיבי בזמן ששיעור התחלואה היה גבוה, שכלל גם מודעות בעיתונות ופרסומות בטלויזיה.

כדי להגביר את ההיענות הודיע משרד הבריאות, בדומה לשאר המדינות בעולם,

כי החיסון יינתן חינם, ללא צורך בקביעת תור או בהפניית רופא. זמן קצר לאחר תחילת המבצע, נראה היה שהציבור בישראל אינו ממהר להתחסן.

אף שעל פי ההערכות צפויה התפרצות נוספת של שפעת החזירים לקראת הקיץ הנוכחי, שיעור המתחסנים לשפעת החזירים נותר כיום נמוך מאוד. בודדים ניגשים להתחסן בימים אלו. גם שיעור ההתחסנות בקרב הצוותים הרפואיים נותר נמוך מאוד, ורבים מהרופאים כלל אינם מפנים את המטופלים להתחסן.

בארגון הבריאות העולמי מודאגים משיעור ההתחסנות הנמוך בעולם. עד כה חוסנו מעל 100 מיליון תינוקות מבוגרים וילדים בחיסון לשפעת החזירים ברחבי העולם. במרכז למניעת מחלות בארצות הברית כבר הודיעו כי בחורף הקרוב יכללו החיסונים לשפעת ולשפעת החזירים בזריקה אחת. יש לציין כי לא ברור אם חיסונים אלה יינתנו בישראל.

ארגון הבריאות העולמי הכריז ביום שלישי על סופה של "מגפת" שפעת החזירים ועל חזרה לשגרה.
המשמעות היא ששפעת החזירים כבר לא נמצאת בדרגה 6 ובאופן רשמי אינה מוגדרת כמגיפה ע"י ארגון הבריאות העולמי.

לפי המספרים הרשמיים, כ-19,000 איש מתו משפעת החזירים ברחבי העולם.
זהו מספר נמוך בצורה משמעותית מהתחזיות הקודרות שהפיץ הארגון דרך שופרות התקשורת העולמית.

המספר האמיתי של המתים ככל הנראה נמוך בהרבה שכן אנשים רבים דווחו כחולים בשפעת זו למרות שהיו חולים במחלות אחרות.

ארגון הבריאות העולמי קיבל כ-170 מיליון דולר ממדינות העולם כדי להתמודד עם המגיפה.
חברות התרופות הרוויחו מיליארדים ממכירת חיסונים שבסוף לא נמצא לרובם שימוש.
מדינת ישראל הוציאה 450 מיליון ש"ח על החיסון ובסוף נתקעה עם מלאי שאף אחד לא רוצה.
למרות שתוקף החיסונים יפוג, משרד הבריאות הישראלי החליט לחסן את אזרחי המדינה גם בחורף הזה. הוא פשוט האריך בצורה מלאכותית את תוקפם של החיסונים…

בשירותי בריאות הציבור בכל אירופה, בזבוז כספים עצום של כספי ציבור, פרובוקציה בלתי מוצדקת של פחד בקרב
האירופאים, יצירת סיכונים בריאותיים ע"י חיסונים ותרופות שלא נבדקו כראוי בטרם אושרו במסלול המהיר …"
.6 למרות בקשות החוקרים, ארגון הבריאות העולמי לא פירסם מידע על ניגודי האינטרסים של היועצים שלו לענייני
שפעת, האם הם דיווחו לארגון על ניגודי אינטרסים אלו ועל דרך התנהלותו של הארגון עם דיווחים שכאלו .
.7 גהרד גיגרנזר, מומחה עולמי בתקשורת סיכונים, ממכון מקס פלנק בגרמניה: "הבעיה היתה פחות הקושי לדווח על
אי-וודאות, אלא שאי-וודאות כלל לא דווחה. לא היה כל בסיס מדעי להערכה של ארגון הבריאות העולמי לשני מיליארד
חולים בשפעת החזירים, ידענו מעט מאד על יעילות ובטיחות החיסונים והארגון שמר על הערכתו זו גם לאחר שעונת
השפעת באוסטרליה וניו-זילנד חלפה, שם נרשמו 1 עד 2 חולים לכל 1,444 איש. כמו כן, הם שינו את ההגדרה של
מגפה "
.8 במאי 2449 , ארגון הבריאות העולמי שינה את ההגדרה של מגפה, והסיר ממנה את התנאי להתקיימות מגפה הדורש
התפרצויות "הגורמות למספרים עצומים של תחלואה ומוות". משפט זה, הנוקב מדד כמותי לחומרת התפרצות מחלה,
הוסר מההגדרה של מגפה כמה חודשים לפני ההכרזה על המגפה
.9 כבר בשנת 1999 , שנתיים לאחר שפעת העופות שהתפרצה בהונג קונג, יצא ארגון הבריאות העולמי עם מסמך מרכזי
במדיניות השפעת שלו: "תכנית למגפת שפעת: תפקיד ארגון הבריאות העולמי והנחיות להיערכות אזורית ולאומית".
מסמך זה נכתב עבור הארגון ע"י כמה אנשים, בהם כאלו שעבדו עבור היצרנית רוש שנה קודם לכן, בארועים
שיווקיים, וכן ע"י ארגון בשם "קבוצת העבודה המדעית האירופאית על שפעת", ) ESWI ( ארגון הממומן כולו ע"י חברת
רוש ויצרני תרופות נגד שפעת נוספים . בשנה זו יצאו שתי התרופות נגד שפעת לשוק: תמיפלו של חברת רוש, ורלנזה
של )היום( חברת GSK .
.14 באותה שנה, 1999 , פורסם מחקר המציע להשתמש בתרופות נגד שפעת במקרה של מגפה. על המחקר חתום דר'
אוסטרהאוס, המועסק ע"י המרכז לשפעת של ארגון הבריאות העולמי בהולנד, אך גם חבר בארגון ESWI .

המדיניות של ארגון זה מצהיר שאחת מכוונותיו היא שתדלנות בקרב פוליטיקאים, ולפי אחד מחבריו, דר' אוסטרהאוס,
"הם עובדים על ]שתדלנות פוליטית[ באופן די אינטנסיבי...התקשרויות עם פוליטיקאים אירופאים וברמת
המדינות...אבל ההחלטות בסופו של דבר נשארות לפתחם ]של הפוליטיקאים["
.13 מסמך המדיניות של ESWI לשנים 2446-2414 מצהיר כי על נציגי ממשלות "לעודד יצרניות תרופות לתכנן את יכולות
הייצור של תרופות וחיסונים נגד שפעת מראש, לעודד ולתמוך במחקר ופיתוח של חיסונים נגד מגפה וכן לפתח
מדיניות של צבירת מלאים של תרופות נגד מגפות". עוד הם מצהירים שעל נציגי הממשלות "לדעת שחיסונים נגד
שפעת הם יעילים ובטוחים לשימוש"
.14 הרכב המומחים של ארגון הבריאות העולמי שהתכנסו בשנת 2442 לגבש מדיניות שימוש בחיסונים ותרופות במקרה
של מגפת שפעת כלל גם את נציגי יצרני התרופות והחיסונים. אחד מהם, דר' פרד היידן, כתב בעצמו את המסמך
המסכם ומשמש כמנחה ממשלות בהתמודדות עם מגפה. המסמך ממליץ לממשלות לאגור מלאי תרופות מראש, לאור
מחסור צפוי. דר' היידן גם חתום על מחקר אשר מומן ע"י היצרנית רוש ופורסם שנה קודם לכן ובו קביעה שהתרופה
מורידה את שיעורי האשפוז כתוצאה משפעת ב 64% , קביעה אשר שימשה אחת מנקודות המכירה המרכזיות של
רוש, אך לא נמצא לה בסיס מדעי מאוחר יותר ע"י המרכז המדעי העצמאי קוצ'ריין. לשלושה כותבים נוספים של
דו"חות מטעם ארגון הבריאות העולמי המנחים ממשלות על מדיניות בשעת מגפה, קשרים עם יצרניות תרופות
וחיסונים רוש, GSK , ViroPharma , Wyeth , Chiron , Berna Biotech . הכותבים לא הצהירו על ניגודי אינטרסים קודם
לכן בפני ארגון הבריאות העולמי
.15 דר' רנה סנאקן ודר' אניקה לינה, שניים מהמומחים שייעצו למרכז האירופאי לבקרת מחלות ומניעתן בנושא השפעת,
עבדו גם עבור יצרנית התמיפלו, רוש, בשיווק התרופה לציבור. דר' סנאקן, שהציג עצמו בפני המרכז כנציג משרד
הבריאות הבלגי והמליץ בפניה לאשר את תרופת התמיפלו, שימש באותה העת גם כנציג ארגון ESWI בבלגיה, והפך
מאוחר יותר למומחה בכיר ביחידה להיערכות ותגובה במרכז האירופאי לבקרת מחלות ומניעתן. גם דר' לינה העידה
בפני המרכז האירופאי לבקרת מחלות ומניעתן בנושא השפעת מטעם המכון למחלות זיהומיות השבדי. לא נמצאו
ראיות לגילוי הקשרים של השניים עם חברת רוש, יצרנית התמיפלו, למרכז האירופאי לבקרת מחלות ומניעתן. דר'
לינדה משמשת היום בתור האפידמיולוגית הראשית בממשלת שבדיה
.16 בדיקות היעילות של רלנזה שהוגשו למינהל המזון והתרופות בארה"ב לאישור, הראו שהתרופה אינה יעילה יותר
מפלסבו )כדור דמה(, והוועדה המייעצת דחתה את אישורה. בארה"ב לא הבינו איך יתכן שהממצאים באירופה הראו
שהתרופה יעילה בעוד שעל אזרחי ארה"ב התרופה לא הראתה כל יעילות. מכון המחקר העצמאי קוצ'ריין קבע שאין
מספיק מידע להערכת יעילותן של שתי התרופות, תמיפלו ורלנזה. למרות ממצאים אלו ובניגוד להמלצת הוועדה שלו
עצמו – הנהלת מינהל המזון והתרופות בארה"ב בחר לאשר את שיווקה של רלנזה לציבור בשנת 1999 . "זו לא היתה
החלטה מדעית", אומר דר' מיכאל אלסהורף, סטטיסטיקאי שעבד עבור מינהל המזון והתרופות בנושא תרופת
הרלנזה. לאחר ההמלצה שלא לאשר את רלנזה, בחרו בהנהלת מינהל המזון והתרופות להעביר את הטיפול באישור
תרופת התמיפלו לעובד אחר. תמיפלו אושרה מאוחר יותר באותה שנה.

אמנם באיחור של למעלה מחצי שנה, שהיה יכול לעלות בחיים רבים אלמלא לא היינו כל כך קלים להשגה ומתחסנים. למזלנו, המידע הופץ, האמת הדהדה, אנשים הטילו ספק וחיים ניצלו..אולי הגיע הזמן להגיד תודה ולעזור לכמה אתרים חשובים בישראל המנוהלים ע"י אנשים אמיצים ואכפתיים.

קשרים בלתי ראויים בין רופאים לחברות התרופות הובילו לבזבוז של מיליארדי שקלים על חיסונים נגד שפעת חזירים: על פי דו"ח חדש של המועצה האירופית, שפורסם ביום שישי בפריס, הטיפול של ארגון הבריאות העולמי, הסוכנויות האירופאיות והממשלות העולמיות בשפעת החזירים הוביל להפחדה בלתי מוצדקת ולבהלה לגבי הסיכונים הבריאותיים לציבור, כמו גם לבזבוז עצום של כספי ציבור.

על פי הדו"ח, שהוכן על ידי הוועדה לחברה, בריאות וענייני משפחה של המועצה האירופאית, היו "עדויות מדהימות לכך שחומרת המגיפה הוערכה הרבה מעבר למידה על ידי ארגון הבריאות העולמי", עובדה שהובילה לעיוותים בסדר הקדימויות בבריאות הציבור. "זו הייתה מגיפה שמעולם לא הייתה", אמר פול פלין, פוליטיקאי בריטי ממפלגת הלייבור שעמד בראש הוועדה בהציגו את הדו"ח ותיאר את תוכנית החיסונים כ"רפואת פלצבו מדרגה ראשונה". "השפעת הזרוע הארוכה של חברות התרופות נמצאת בכל הרמות של תהליכי קבלת ההחלטות", הוסיף.

הוועדה זיהתה "ליקויים חמורים", כהגדרתה, בשקיפות של קבלת ההחלטות לגבי התפרצות

מומחה על החיסון לשפעת: היתה התחסנות מיותרת / מיטל יסעור בית-אור
מליון וחצי ישראלים, כ-20% מהאוכלוסייה, התחסנו לשפעת העונתית ורק כחצי מליון ישראלים התחסנו לשפעת החזירים. אך מבדיקה מקיפה שערך המרכז הישראלי לבקרת מחלות, עולה כי רק 1.5% ממקרי השפעת נגרמו משפעת עונתית וכל היתר – משפעת חזירים. מומחה למחלות זיהומיות: "השנה היה פיספוס. התחזית לא היתה נכונה וזן שפעת החזירים לא נכלל בחיסון העונתי"

השפעת, שיוצרים חששות לגבי ההשפעה של תעשיית התרופות על ההחלטות שהתקבלו על ידי ארגון הבריאות העולמי ורשויות הבריאות ברחבי העולם. חברי הוועדה הדגישו במיוחד את העובדה שארגון הבריאות העולמי ומוסדות הבריאות האירופאיים לא היו מוכנים לפרסם את השמות ואת ההצהרות על ניגודי אינטרסים של החברים בוועדת החירום של ארגון הבריאות העולמי ובגופי ייעוץ אירופאיים רלוונטיים, שהיו מעורבים בהמלצות הנוגעות למגיפה. לטענתם, ארגון הבריאות העולמי היה "מתגונן ביותר" ביחסו לנושא, ולא היה מוכן לקבל כל שינוי בהגדרת המגיפה או לתקן את הצפי שלו לגבי התפרצות שפעת החזירים.

הרווח של חברות התרופות: למעלה מ-7 מיליארד דולר

בפגישה שבה הוצג הדו"ח השתתפה גם פיונה גודלי, העורכת האחראית של כתב העת BRITISH MEDICAL JOURNAL (BMJ). גודלי דיווחה על חקירה נפרדת שערך כתב העת היוקרתי, בשיתוף עם המשרד לעיתונאות חוקרת – גוף ללא כוונות רווח. ממצאי החקירה עסקו בהנחיות ארגון הבריאות העולמי ביחס להיערכות העולמית למגיפת שפעת עתידית, שפורסמו ב-2004.

על פי ממצאים אלה שלושת המדענים שחיברו את ההנחיות, אשר קראו לממשלות העולם לאגור מצבורי תרופות למקרה של מגיפת שפעת, קיבלו לפני ובמהלך כתיבתן כספים מחברות תרופות שעמדו להרוויח מיליארדי דולרים מההנחיות. במסגרת ההנחיות שכתבו השלושה ייעץ ארגון הבריאות העולמי להצטייד בתרופות. "מדינות השוקלות את השימוש בתרופות אנטי ויראליות כחלק מהתגובה שלהן למגיפה יצטרכו לצבור תרופות מראש", המליץ אז הארגון.

על פי הערכות אנליסטים חברות התרופות הרוויחו למעלה משבעה מיליארד דולר כאשר ממשלות בעולם אימצו את ההנחיות והצטיידו בתרופות ובחיסונים למקרה של התפרצות מגיפת שפעת. את הכספים קיבלו שלושת המדענים מחברת רוש (יצרנית תרופת הטמיפלו – ששימשה לטיפול במחלה) ומחברת גלקסו סמית'קליין (GSK – יצרנית הרלנזה, שאף היא תרופה אנטי ויראלית המשמשת לטיפול בשפעת, כולל שפעת החזירים) בתמורה לעבודות שביצעו עבורן, בהן כתיבת מחקרים והרצאות. הם אומנם הצהירו בעבר על קשריהם עם חברות התרופות במאמרי המחקרים שכתבו ובאוניברסיטאות, אך ארגון הבריאות העולמי עצמו לא חשף אף אחד מן הקשרים הללו בהנחיות שפירסם ב-2004.

כותבי ההמלצות: קיבלו כספים מחברות התרופות

על פי המאמר ב-BMJ ההנחיות המתייחסות לתרופות האנטי-ויראליות נכתבו על ידי פרופ' פרד היידן, שקיבל תשלום מחברת רוש עבור הרצאות ועבודת ייעוץ במהלך כתיבת ההנחיות ופירסומן. כמו כן, הוא קיבל תשלומים מ-GSK עבור ייעוץ והרצאות עד 2002. בנוסף, שנה קודם לכן היה היידן אחד המחברים העיקריים של מחקר שמומן על ידי רוש, שהמסקנה שלו הפכה לנקודת השיווק העיקרית של התרופה טמיפלו – הטענה להפחתה של 60% בשיעור האשפוזים כתוצאה משפעת.

ההנחיות המתייחסות לחיסונים במקרה של מגיפת שפעת חוברו על ידי ד"ר ארנולד מונטו. בין השנים 2000 ל-2004, במהלך כתיבת ההנחיות, מונטו הצהיר בגלוי על קבלת תשלומים עבור ייעוץ ומחקר מהחברות רוש ו-GSK, אך למרות זאת, לא נכללה בהנחיות ארגון הבריאות העולמי שום הצהרה על ניגוד אינטרסים.

המדען השלישי, פרופ' קרל ניקולסון, זכה להערכה רבה בזכות עבודתו המשפיעה בארגון הבריאות העולמי על מגיפת השפעת. על פי הצהרות שכתב ב-BMJ ובכתב העת הרפואי LANCET ב-2003, גם הוא קיבל מימון מ-SGK ומרוש. למרות זאת, לא נכללה כל הצהרה על ניגוד אינטרסים בהנחיות. כאשר נשאלו האם חתמו על הצהרת אינטרסים עבור ארגון הבריאות העולמי, השיבו המדענים כי הארגון דורש מהמשתתפים בפגישות להצהיר על ניגודי אינטרסים.

הוועדה לחברה, בריאות וענייני משפחה של המועצה האירופאית קבעה המלצות דחופות ומחמירות לשקיפות גבוהה יותר ולשליטה טובה יותר בבריאות הציבור ולהגנה מפני מה שהיא כינתה "השפעה לא הולמת" של בעלי אינטרס. הוועדה גם קראה להקמת קרן ציבורית שתתמוך במחקר עצמאי ובהמלצות מומחים, אולי במימון תרומה מחייבת של חברות התרופות. כמו כן קראה הוועדה לשיתוף פעולה הדוק יותר עם המדיה, כדי להימנע מ"סנסציה וחרחור פחדים במרחב הבריאות הציבורי".

"נזק כבד לאמון הציבור"

לדברי פרופ' אבינועם רכס, מומחה לנוירולוגיה מבית החולים הדסה ויו"ר הלשכה לאתיקה בהסתדרות הרפואית, ממצאי החקירות של המועצה האירופאית ושל ה-BMJ יכולים להוביל להגשת תביעות משפטיות כנגד חברות התרופות על ידי ממשלות שרכשו חיסונים ותרופות ו"נתקעו" עם מלאים עצומים שלהם, לאחר שהאזהרה מפני מגיפה קטלנית לא התממשה.

"העובדה שארגון הבריאות העולמי העלה ביולי אשתקד את רמת האזהרה מפני מגפה עולמית לדרגה הגבוהה ביותר האפשרית יצרה פאניקה עולמית, והאווירה במדיה הייתה שאנו הולכים לקראת משבר שאין כדוגמתו", מסביר פרופ' רכס. "הפאניקה ואווירת הבהלה גרמו לכך שממשלות ברחבי העולם רכשו חיסונים במיליארדי דולרים. בישראל נרכשו להערכתי כשישה עד שבעה מיליון חיסונים, כאשר למיטב ידיעתי בסופו של דבר חוסנו פחות ממיליון איש. אם אכן האזהרה הגיעה מאנשי מקצוע בארגון הבריאות העולמי שהיו בניגוד אינטרסים, מדרך הטבע זה מעורר שאלה גדולה מאוד לגבי ניקיון ההמלצות שלהם, ובהחלט ייתכן מצב שבו הממשלות יתבעו את חברות התרופות או ינסו לחזור בהן מההסכמים, מאחר שמדובר במאות מיליוני דולרים".

  • Health freedom attorney Jim Turner has told NaturalNews he is filing a lawsuit mid-day Friday that seeks to halt the distribution of all swine flu vaccines in America.   • On January 14th, 2004, the CDC announced that it was to mix avian, human flu viruses in a pandemic study – "rather than waiting to see if nature spawns such a hybrid, US scientists are planning to try to breed one themselves—in the name of preparedness." As it turned out, this was the exact strain that became known as H1N1 that would be later released on the masses in 2009, 5 years after this study.

  • The first case was seen in Mexico on April 13. The outbreak coincided with President Barack Obama’s trip to Mexico City on April 16. Attempted murder of 6 Harvard microbiologists disclosed this week.  A leading toxicologist believes the chances are slim that six lab workers at Harvard University Medical School were poisoned by accident.  "An accident? Sodium azide is a poison," said David M. Benjamin, a toxicologist and Chestnut Hill-based clinical pharmacologist. "Absolutely not."  The Herald reported yesterday that six scientists and students at the New Research Building in Boston's Longwood Medical area were mysteriously poisoned after drinking from a communal, single-serve coffee machine on the eighth floor near their pathology lab on Aug. 26. Seconds later all six reported symptoms including dizziness and low blood pressure and were taken to Beth Israel Deaconess Medical Center for treatment.

Dr. David Kelly was an unlikely dissident. In fact Kelly wasn’t a dissident at all, but a prominent figure in Britain’s bioweapons defense establishment.  The former head of the microbiology department at Porton Down, the UK’s secret biological and chemical warfare research facility, at the time of his 2003 death Kelly was a consummate insider, a trusted keeper of state secrets; dangerous and deadly secrets that could topple governments.  A civilian employee of Britain’s Ministry of Defence (MoD), Dr. Kelly was a biological weapons expert and former United Nations weapons inspector in Iraq.  While David Kelly wasn’t a spy, he did enjoy unprecedented access to the world of secret intelligence. Indeed, according to author Gordon Thomas, Kelly had helped orchestrate the defection of a top Russian microbiologist Vladimir Pasechnik (who turned up dead in 2001, allegedly from a stroke) and played a part in the FBI’s investigation into the 2001 anthrax attacks in the United States by trying to identify the origin of the Ames strain used in the fatal mailings which ended up turning into a highly top secret investigation since evidence mounted that the Anthrax attacks were from inside the military’s most secure bioweapons facility. But it has now come to light that there may be another compelling reason why Dr Kelly might have been murdered.

Amazingly, 12 other well-known micro-biologists linked with germ warfare research have died in the past decade, five of them Russians investigating claims that the Israelis were working on viruses to target Arabs.  The Russian plane in which they were travelling from Tel Aviv to Siberia was shot down on October 2001 over the Black Sea by an 'off-course' Ukrainian surface-to-air missile.  Dr Kelly knew the victims and asked MI6 to find out more details. However, they drew a blank.

Five weeks later, Dr Benito Que, a cell biologist known to Dr Kelly, was found in a coma near his Miami laboratory. The infectious diseases expert had been investigating how a virus like HIV could be genetically engineered into a biological weapon.

Tsunao Saitoh
Tsunao Saitoh was a leading Alzheimer's researcher.  He and his 13 year-old daughter were killed in La Jolla, California, in what a Reuters report described as a "very professionally done" shooting. He was dead behind the wheel of the car, the side window had been shot out, and the door was open. His daughter appeared to have tried to run away and she was shot dead, also.

Linda Reese
Linda Reese was a microbiologist working with victims of meningitis.  She died three days after she studied a sample from Tricia Zailo, 19, a Fairfield, N.J., resident who was a sophomore at Michigan State University. Tricia Zailo died Dec. 18, a few days after she returned home for the holidays.

Jeffrey Paris Wall
Jeffrey Paris Wall was a biomedical expert who held a medical degree, and he also specialized in patent and intellectual property.  Mr. Walls body was found sprawled next to a three-story parking structure near his office. He had studied at the University of California, Los Angeles.

Ivan Glebov and Alexi Brushlinski.
These were two microbiologists. Both were well known around the world and members of the Russian Academy of Science.  Glebov died as the result of a bandit attack and Brushlinski was killed in Moscow.

David W. Barry
David W. Barry was a scientist who codiscovered AZT, the antiviral drug that is considered the first effective treatment for AIDS.  Circumstance of Death: unknown

Victor Korshunov
Victor Korshunov was an expert in intestinal bacteria of children around the world.  He was bashed over the head near his home in Moscow.

Tanya Holzmayer
Tanya Holzmayer was a Russian who moved to the U.S. in 1989, focused on the part of the human molecular structure that could be affected best by medicine.  She was killed by fellow microbiologist Guyang (Matthew) Huang, who shot her seven times when she opened the door to a pizza delivery. Then he shot himself.

David Wynn-Williams
David Wynn-Williams was a respected astrobiologist with the British Antarctic Survey, who studied the habits of microbes that might survive in outer space.  He died in a freak road accident near his home in Cambridge, England. He was hit by a car while he was jogging.

Steven Mostow
Steven Mostow was known as "Dr. Flu" for his expertise in treating influenza, and a noted expert in bioterrorism of the Colorado Health Sciences Centre.  He died when the airplane he was piloting crashed near Denver.

David R. Knibbs, PhD
David R. Knibbs  was Director of Electron Microscopy at Hartford Hospital and had a doctorate in pathobiology from the University of Connecticut. He also served as an adjunct faculty member at the University of Hartford.  He collapsed and died after an evening run (one of his joys in life).

Dr. Leland Rickman of UCSD
Dr. Leland Rickman  was an expert in infectious disease who helped the county prepare to fight bioterrorism after Sept. 11.  He was in the African nation of Lesotho with Dr. Chris Mathews of UCSD, the director of the university's Owen Clinic for AIDS patients. Dr. Rickman had complained of a headache and had gone to lie down. When he didn't appear for dinner, Mathews checked on him and found him dead. A cause has not yet been determined.

Michael Perich
Michael Perich  was an LSU professor who helped fight the spread of the West Nile virus. Perich worked with the East Baton Rouge Parish Mosquito Control and Rodent Abatement District to determine whether mosquitoes in the area carried West Nile.  Walker Police Chief Elton Burns said Sunday that Perich of 5227 River Bend Blvd., Baton Rouge, crashed his Ford pickup truck about 4:30 a.m. Saturday, while heading west on Interstate 12 in Livingston Parish. Perich's truck veered right off the highway about 3 miles east of Walker, flipped and landed in rainwater, Burns said. Perich, who was wearing his seat belt, drowned. The cause of the crash is under investigation, Burns said.

Robert Leslie Burghoff
Robert Leslie Burghoff was studying the virus that was plaguing cruise ships until he was killed by a mysterious white van in November of 2003.  Burghoff was walking on a sidewalk along the 1600 block of South Braeswood when a white van jumped the curb and hit him at 1:35 p.m. Thursday, police said. The van then sped away. Burghoff died an hour later at Memorial Hermann Hospital.

Dr Richard Stevens
Dr Richard Stevens was a hematologist. (Hematologists analyze the cellular composition of blood and blood producing tissues eg bone marrow).  He Disappeared after arriving for work on 21 July, 2003. A doctor whose disappearance sparked a national manhunt, killed himself because he could not cope with the stress of a secret affair, a coroner has ruled.

Dr.  Michael Patrick Kiley
Dr.  Michael Patrick Kiley was one of the world's leading microbiologists and an expert in developing and overseeing multiple levels of biocontainment facilities. He was at the forefront in the early studies of Lassa fever, the Ebola virus and mad cow disease while at the Centers for Disease Control in Atlanta, Ga.  He Died of massive heart attack. Coincidently, both Dr. Shope and Dr. Kiley were working on the lab upgrade to BSL 4 at the UTMB Galvaston lab for Homeland Security. The lab would have to be secure to house some of the deadliest pathogens of tropical and emerging infectious disease as well as bioweaponized ones.

Vadake Srinivasan
Vadake Srinivasan  was one of the most-accomplished and respected industrial biologists in academia, and held two doctorate degrees.  He died in a mysterious single car accident in Baton Rouge, La. Crashed car into a guard rail and ruled a stroke.

William T. McGuire
William T. McGuire was a NJ University Professor and Senior programmer analyst and adjunct professor at the New Jersey Institute of Technology in Newark.  His dismembered body was found floating in three suitcases in the Chesapeake Bay.

Dr. Eugene F. Mallove
Mallove was well respected for his knowledge of cold fusion. He had just published an open letter outlining the results of and reasons for his last 15 years in the field of new energy research. Dr. Mallove was convinced it was only a matter of months before the world would actually see a free energy device.  He Died after being beaten to death during an alleged robbery.

Antonina Presnyakova
Antonina Presnyakova  was the former Soviet biological weapons laboratory in Siberia.  She died after accidentally sticking herself with a needle laced with Ebola.

Dr. Assefa Tulu
Dr. Tulu joined the health department in 1997 and served for five years as the county's lone epidemiologist. He was charged with tracking the health of the county, including the spread of diseases, such as syphilis, AIDS and measles. He also designed a system for detecting a bioterrorism attack involving viruses or bacterial agents. Tulu often coordinated efforts to address major health concerns in Dallas County, such as the West Nile virus outbreaks of the past few years, and worked with the media to inform the public.  Dallas County's chief epidemiologist, was found at his desk, died of a
stroke.

Dr Paul Norman
He was the chief scientist for chemical and biological defence at the Ministry of Defence's laboratory at Porton Down, Wiltshire. He travelled the world lecturing on the subject of weapons of mass destruction.  He died when the Cessna 206 crashed shortly after taking off from Dunkeswell Airfield on Sunday. A father and daughter also died at the scene, and 44-year-old parachute instructor and Royal Marine Major Mike Wills later died in the hospital.

אז הנה עכשיו אפילו הממשלה מודה שלא צריך כל כך הרבה חיסונים, מגיפת השפעת לא הייתה מגיפה כלל וכלל ואפילו מחזירים 2 מיליון חיסונים לחברת התרופות. חוץ מזה שנשארו עוד 4.5 מיליון חיסונים מיותרים ללא דורש, והממשלה/משרד הבריאות/משרד האוצר/האזרחים הפסידו כסף, שאנחנו שילמנו דרך המיסים שנגבים מאיתנו.

בסקירה קצרה, ניתן לראות ש"מעשיות הקונספירציה" שהופצו ברשת, הסתברו כנכונות. התקשורת כמובן, התעוררה מאוחר מדיי, והחליטה "ליישר קו" עם המידע ברשת, כשכבר היה מאוחר מדיי, וממילא רוב האזרחים בחרו שלא להתחסן.
כל המידע שהופץ באמצעותנו ודרך אתרים נוספים, הופץ על מנת להציל חיים, לא לזרוע בהלה. אנו מודים לכל מי שתמך בנו וגם החליט לא להתחסן.
המערכה בנושא החיסונים לא נסתיימה. עבודה רבה עוד לפנינו, אך לפחות, קומץ קטן של אנשים הצליח להשפיע על הדיון הציבורי, ומכאן, לגרום לציבור להטיל ספק במידע המגיע מהתשקורת . כוחו של האזרח הקטן עולה. הנגישות למידע בעידן האינטרנט פועלת לטובתנו. חיים רבים של אנשים טובים ניצלו. אנו צוברים כוח השפעה וכדאי שמשרד הבריאות יכיר בכך.
אנו משתתפים בצערם של כל המשפחות שאיבדו את יקיריהם, בין אם מסיבוכי השפעת, או מתופעות לוואי מהחיסון הרעיל.
מי ייתן ונמשיך להציל חיים…תודה

אה, ודרך אגב, עד עתה כל מאמצינו, הזמן שהושקע, בניית האתר, הכנת הסירטונים, תרגום מאמרים, הדפסת פוסטרים וכ"ו, = נעשו בהתנדבות ומהלב. אך, מי מכם שקורא ומוכן לעזור, אנו זקוקים עדיין ל1,000 ש"ח לאחסון ותחזוק האתר… מימונים שהובטחו לנו בע"פ מאנשים שלא נזכיר כאן את שמותיהם,  היו בתנאי שנצנזר כמה מהתכנים באתר… לא הסכמנו לצנזורה של מידע חשוב זה ולכן לא קיבלנו את המימון הסימלי ובעל השרת לא קיבל את התשלום עדיין…  בקיצור לנו אין את הכסף להשאיר את האתר ברשת אז נשמח לתרומה קטנה בדחיפות! אם מישהו מוכן אנא צרו עימנו קשר . תודה…

לאחר שהסערה שככה מעט והתקשורת העולמית מדווחת על מחדלים בהתנהלות ארגון הבריאות העולמי, אינטרסים כלכליים ועסקאות סודיות, הנה תגובתה של ד"ר דייזי שטרן לפרופ' אנגלהרד :

I would rather not waste any more of my precious time on this nonsense:  that is why I did not answer Professor Engelhard's insulting public response in detail until now. But that is fine, because the BBC just did it for me.

I do expect a PUBLIC APOLOGY from Professor Engelhard for his disrespectful handling of my letter, which I wrote in order to protect the public from the dangerous vaccines. And the myriad media and websites that joined his chorus will also have to give an account sooner or later.

But meanwhile, knowing that I was right, that my long and hard work paid off, and that lives were saved as a result of my research and of my letter, is satisfaction enough for now.

So, THANK YOU GOD!
