בעשורים האחרונים אנו עדים לעליה חדה בכמות החיסונים המוצעים לילדנו. בארה"ב, מספר הזריקות הינתנות עד גיל 15 חודשים שילש עצמו משבע זריקות לפני 15 שנה, עד 21 זריקות כיום. כאשר סופרים את מספר החיסונים הכולל, לרבות חיסוני דחף וזריקות המכילות יותר מחיסון אחד (כמו בחיסון המשולש), מגיעים לשלושים חיסונים הניתנים לתינוק בשנת חייו הראשונה, בארה"ב ובישראל.

התפנית התאפשרה בשנות השמונים, עת עמדו יצרני החיסונים בפני החלטה להפסיק לפתח חיסונים חדשים, בשל תביעות כספיות על נזקי החיסונים שהעמידו את כדאיות העסק הזה בסימן שאלה גדול. עד אז, ניתנו חיסונים נגד מחלות היסטוריות שנצרבו בתודעתנו כמחלות קטלניות אשר מוגרו באמצעות החיסונים, כמו אבעבועות שחורות, דיפתריה, חצבת, ושעלת. במהלך מחוכם, תוך ניצול השפעתם הרבה של יצרני התרופות על נבחרי הציבור בארה"ב, הביאו היצרנים לחקיקה של שני חוקים משמעותיים, השלובים זה בזה: מחד, האחריות לפגיעות החיסונים הוסרה מהיצרנים. מאידך, נחקק חוק פיצוי נפגעי חיסונים. במילים אחרות, האחריות לפיצוי נפגעי החיסונים עברה מהיצרנים אל המדינה. מהלך זה מנע מנפגעי החיסונים לממש זכות בסיסית: תביעת נזיקין כנגד הגורם האחראי לנזק לפי שיעורו. מנגד, הוקם טריבונל משפטי מיוחד מטעם המדינה הפוסק בענייני פיצוי נפגעי חיסונים לפי קריטריונים מוגדרים מראש.

חופשיים מסיכונים כלכליים וחדורי מוטיבציה מרווחים בטוחים מחיסונים שיוכנסו לשגרת החיסונים בעתיד, החלו חברות התרופות להשקיע בפיתוח חיסונים חדשים כנגד עולם שלם של מחלות ונגיפים חדשים: אבעבועות רוח, דלקת כבד נגיפית,נגיף הרוטה, , מנינגוקוק, סרטן צוואר הרחם ועוד. גם שיטות הייצור השתכללו וכללו הנדסה גנטית והוספת אדג'ובנטים (מעוררי תגובה חיסונית).

כאשר יוצא לעולם חיסון חדש, מלווה בד"כ במסע פרסום ועידוד הציבור להתחסן, אנו שומעים תמיד את המשפט הבא מאת רשויות הבריאות: החיסון נבדק ונמצא יעיל ובטוח לשימוש. מה אנו יודעים על תהליך בדיקה זה: מה בדקו, על מי בדקו, מי בדק, מה זה "יעיל" ומה זה "בטוח לשימוש"?

חיסון חדש, מאושר לשיווק ע"י מינהל המזון והתרופות האמריקאי (FDA) לאחר שעבר מחקר יעילות ובטיחות. את המחקר מבצע יצרן החיסון המבקש רשיון לשיווקו. בשל נאורותם של מדינות מערביות, מחקרים אלו מבוצעים בד"כ על אוכלוסיות נחשלות, במדינות מתפתחות, בהן חוקים המגנים על זכויות הפרט עדין לא תוקנו. במקרה אחד, שניים-עשר תינוקות למשפחות עניות מתו בארגנטינה במהלך מחקר לבדיקת חיסון חדש. גם החיסון החי נגד פוליו נוסה לראשונה ע"י קופרובסקי בשנת 1951 על כמה ילדים במוסד למוגבלים נפשית באפריקה ששתו את החיסון בתוך שוקו, ולאחר מכן על קבוצת ילידים גדולה יותר באפריקה המשוונית.

על מנת לעמוד על טיבו של מחקר שכזה, עלינו להבין תחילה כמה עקרונות בסיסיים בשיטה המדעית המודרנית. העיקרון הראשון: קבוצת ביקורת. כאשר מבקשים לבחון השפעתה של תרופה חדשה (את מידת יעילותה ובטיחותה), בוחנים שתי קבוצות אנשים: קבוצת הבדיקה (המקבלת את התרופה) וקבוצת ביקורת (המקבלת פלסבו – מה שנראה בדיוק כמו התרופה הרגילה, אבל ריק מכל חומר פעיל, כלומר, תרופת דמה, למשל: סאלין). כאשר עוקבים אחר שתי הקבוצות לאורך זמן, ניתן לראות האם התרופה האמיתית הפחיתה את המחלה והאם היא גרמה לתופעות לוואי – בהשוואה לקבוצת הביקורת. העיקרון השני: מדגם מייצג. לפי עיקרון זה, את שתי הקבוצת יש לבחור באופן אקראי באופן שתייצגנה את כלל אוכלוסיית היעד, על השונות שבה. ישנן עקרונות נוספים, אך די לציין ששני עקרונות אלו, ביחד וכל אחד לחוד, חייבים להתקיים עם מנת שלמחקר יהיה תוקף. במילים אחרות, אם לא התקיימו שני עקרונות אלו גם יחד – אזי המחקר אינו תקף מבחינה מדעית ויש להתעלם ממנו. בתכנון המחקר יש להבטיח קבוצת ביקורת ומדגם מייצג, בתוצאות המחקר מדווחים החוקרים על הממצאים שעלו במהלך המחקר, ובמסקנות המחקר מציעים החוקרים הסברים ופרשנויות לתוצאות המחקר והמלצות למחקרים נוספים.

במחקר יעילות ובטיחות לחיסון חדש, השתרשו נורמות שאינן מדעיות בהגדרה. לפי נורמות אלו, הנוחות מאד ליצרנים ומקובלות על מינהל המזון והתרופות, מתקיימים שני כשלים יסודיים בשיטה עצמה ועוד עיוות שנעשה בד"כ בידי החוקרים^†.

1. אין קבוצת ביקורת – למעשה, יש קבוצת ביקורת, אבל במקום לחסן אותה בפלסבו מחסנים אותה החוקרים בחיסון אחר בעל פרופיל בטיחות ידוע מראש, או, באותו החיסון הנבדק ללא החומר הביולוגי (האנטיגן). מאחר ושתי הקבוצות מקבלות חומרים רעילים (חומרי שימור ואדג'ובנטים), יוצא ששיעור תופעות הלוואי דומה מאד בשתיהן – מה שמאפשר לחוקרים להסיק שהחיסון החדש בטוח לשימוש. כלומר, "בטוח" באותה המידה שהחיסון שניתן לקבוצת הביקורת "בטוח". למשל, בבדיקות הבטיחות לאחד החיסונים נגד סרטן צוואר הרחם, קבוצת הביקורת זכתה בחיסון נגד דלקת כבד נגיפית מסוג A בתור ה "פלסבו". כאשר נשאלה דיאן הארפר, מי שהיתה שותפה לבדיקות הבטיחות של חיסון זה, בכנס החיסונים הבינלאומי שנערך בשנה שעברה האם לא הגיוני להשוות את החיסון הנבדק לחיסון פלסבו נקי, אמרה הארפר שזו אפשרות, אך זה מה שנדרש ע"י ה FDA, וכן שקבוצת הביקורת נהנתה, כבדרך אגב, מקבלת חיסון נגד דלקת כבד נגיפית מסוג A. סינתיה ג'אנאק כתבה על מחקר הבטיחות של חיסון הגרדאסיל אותו ערך היצרן "מרק".
2. מדגם הקבוצה הנבדקת איננו מייצג – למחקרי בטיחות של חיסונים מקבלים רק ילדים בריאים. לדוגמא: "… מועמדים פוטנציאלים הוצאו אם היו להם מחלות נוירולוגיות, התקפים או פעולת מערכת חיסונית שונה (לרבות זיהום HIV)". כלומר, המחקר ידע אולי לנבא את מידת הבטיחות של החיסון על ילדים בריאים, אולם לאחר שיווקו, החיסון ניתן לכלל האוכלוסיה. איך יגיבו ילדים שאינם "בריאים" לחיסון הזה?
3. התעלמות מתופעות לוואי חמורות במסקנות החוקרים – דוגמא: תופעות לוואי מדווחות במהלך בדיקת החיסון על 882 פעוטות בריאים: 17 ילדים (2%) חוו תופעות שהוגדו כתופעות לוואי חמורות שדרשו אשפוז בבית חולים: התקפים, שלשולים, התייבשות, הקאות, ברונכיט, טכידניה (נשימה מהירה מאד), דמוניה, רפלוקס אסופוגוס, דימומים בגב העין. אף מקרה מאלו לא נשפט על ידי עורכי המחקר כנובעים כתוצאה מהחיסון. בתוצאות המחקר: "לא היו תופעות לוואי חמורות כתוצאה מהחיסון במהלך המחקר". דוגמא נוספת: הפרעות התקפים, כמה ילדים מוות בעריסה, וכמה הפרעות התקפים/התכווצויות. מסקנת המחקר: "שני החיסונים הנבדקים בטוחים ויעילים".

למסקנות החוקרים חשיבות רבה, הואיל ורוב הרופאים הפונים לקריאת מחקר על חיסונים, קוראים בד"כ רק את מסקנת החוקרים, אולי גם את תוצאות המחקר. באופן זה, ציבור הרופאים עשוי לקבל את הרושם המוטעה שהינו תוצאה של שיפוט סובייקטיבי של החוקרים. יחד עם שני הכשלים המהותיים בשיטה המדעית – מחקרי בטיחות לחיסונים חדשים אינם עומדים בסטנדרטים המדעיים המקובלים, למרות שעליהם מתבססים פקידי בריאות הציבור באישורם לשיווק חיסונים חדשים. התוצאה: הניסוי האמיתי נעשה על הציבור כולו, לאחר אישורו לשיווק, ותופעות הלוואי המדווחות ע"י הציבור לאחר שיווק חיסון חדש, בד"כ חמורות יותר מאלו שדווחו בעלון לצרכן של החיסון המקורי. על כך – בפעם אחרת.

• Health freedom attorney Jim Turner has told NaturalNews he is filing a lawsuit mid-day Friday that seeks to halt the distribution of all swine flu vaccines in America. Brief History of News Reports on H1N1 That Should Sound Alarm Bells

• On January 14th, 2004, the CDC announced that it was to mix avian, human flu viruses in a pandemic study – "rather than waiting to see if nature spawns such a hybrid, US scientists are planning to try to breed one themselves—in the name of preparedness." As it turned out, this was the exact strain that became known as H1N1 that would be later released on the masses in 2009, 5 years after this study.

• The patent for the actual vaccine was applied for by Baxter (Vaccine Manufacturer and Big Pharmaceutical Giant) but what makes this application for the patent on the vaccine so weird is that the patent was applied for 2 years before the outbreak, 3 years after the CDC did a study on the pandemic itself for this specific strain

• Baxter was the company caught sending out contaminated vaccinations in Europe that were going to spread Avian Bird Flu had a lab tech not discovered the error.  It was later discovered this was no error, but in reality, a probable bioweapon incident where Baxter was trying to spread disease intentionally in "vaccinations."

• The first case was seen in Mexico on April 13. The outbreak coincided with President Barack Obama’s trip to Mexico City on April 16. Attempted murder of 6 Harvard microbiologists disclosed this week.  A leading toxicologist believes the chances are slim that six lab workers at Harvard University Medical School were poisoned by accident.  "An accident? Sodium azide is a poison," said David M. Benjamin, a toxicologist and Chestnut Hill-based clinical pharmacologist. "Absolutely not."  The Herald reported yesterday that six scientists and students at the New Research Building in Boston's Longwood Medical area were mysteriously poisoned after drinking from a communal, single-serve coffee machine on the eighth floor near their pathology lab on Aug. 26. Seconds later all six reported symptoms including dizziness and low blood pressure and were taken to Beth Israel Deaconess Medical Center for treatment.

Dr David Kelly and others…

Dr. David Kelly was an unlikely dissident. In fact Kelly wasn’t a dissident at all, but a prominent figure in Britain’s bioweapons defense establishment.  The former head of the microbiology department at Porton Down, the UK’s secret biological and chemical warfare research facility, at the time of his 2003 death Kelly was a consummate insider, a trusted keeper of state secrets; dangerous and deadly secrets that could topple governments.  A civilian employee of Britain’s Ministry of Defence (MoD), Dr. Kelly was a biological weapons expert and former United Nations weapons inspector in Iraq.  While David Kelly wasn’t a spy, he did enjoy unprecedented access to the world of secret intelligence. Indeed, according to author Gordon Thomas, Kelly had helped orchestrate the defection of a top Russian microbiologist Vladimir Pasechnik (who turned up dead in 2001, allegedly from a stroke) and played a part in the FBI’s investigation into the 2001 anthrax attacks in the United States by trying to identify the origin of the Ames strain used in the fatal mailings which ended up turning into a highly top secret investigation since evidence mounted that the Anthrax attacks were from inside the military’s most secure bioweapons facility. But it has now come to light that there may be another compelling reason why Dr Kelly might have been murdered.

Amazingly, 12 other well-known micro-biologists linked with germ warfare research have died in the past decade, five of them Russians investigating claims that the Israelis were working on viruses to target Arabs.  The Russian plane in which they were travelling from Tel Aviv to Siberia was shot down on October 2001 over the Black Sea by an 'off-course' Ukrainian surface-to-air missile.  Dr Kelly knew the victims and asked MI6 to find out more details. However, they drew a blank.

Five weeks later, Dr Benito Que, a cell biologist known to Dr Kelly, was found in a coma near his Miami laboratory. The infectious diseases expert had been investigating how a virus like HIV could be genetically engineered into a biological weapon.

Ian Langford was a senior Fellow at the University of East Anglia’s Centre for Social and Economic Research on the Global Environment.  His body was discovered on by police and paramedics. The body was naked from the waist down and partly wedged under a chair. It is understood that doors to the terraced house were locked.

Tsunao Saitoh
Tsunao Saitoh was a leading Alzheimer's researcher.  He and his 13 year-old daughter were killed in La Jolla, California, in what a Reuters report described as a "very professionally done" shooting. He was dead behind the wheel of the car, the side window had been shot out, and the door was open. His daughter appeared to have tried to run away and she was shot dead, also.

Linda Reese
Linda Reese was a microbiologist working with victims of meningitis.  She died three days after she studied a sample from Tricia Zailo, 19, a Fairfield, N.J., resident who was a sophomore at Michigan State University. Tricia Zailo died Dec. 18, a few days after she returned home for the holidays.

Jeffrey Paris Wall
Jeffrey Paris Wall was a biomedical expert who held a medical degree, and he also specialized in patent and intellectual property.  Mr. Walls body was found sprawled next to a three-story parking structure near his office. He had studied at the University of California, Los Angeles.

Ivan Glebov and Alexi Brushlinski.
These were two microbiologists. Both were well known around the world and members of the Russian Academy of Science.  Glebov died as the result of a bandit attack and Brushlinski was killed in Moscow.

Tanya Holzmayer was a Russian who moved to the U.S. in 1989, focused on the part of the human molecular structure that could be affected best by medicine.  She was killed by fellow microbiologist Guyang (Matthew) Huang, who shot her seven times when she opened the door to a pizza delivery. Then he shot himself.

David Wynn-Williams was a respected astrobiologist with the British Antarctic Survey, who studied the habits of microbes that might survive in outer space.  He died in a freak road accident near his home in Cambridge, England. He was hit by a car while he was jogging.

Steven Mostow
Steven Mostow was known as "Dr. Flu" for his expertise in treating influenza, and a noted expert in bioterrorism of the Colorado Health Sciences Centre.  He died when the airplane he was piloting crashed near Denver.

David R. Knibbs, PhD
David R. Knibbs  was Director of Electron Microscopy at Hartford Hospital and had a doctorate in pathobiology from the University of Connecticut. He also served as an adjunct faculty member at the University of Hartford.  He collapsed and died after an evening run (one of his joys in life).

Dr. Leland Rickman of UCSD
Dr. Leland Rickman  was an expert in infectious disease who helped the county prepare to fight bioterrorism after Sept. 11.  He was in the African nation of Lesotho with Dr. Chris Mathews of UCSD, the director of the university's Owen Clinic for AIDS patients. Dr. Rickman had complained of a headache and had gone to lie down. When he didn't appear for dinner, Mathews checked on him and found him dead. A cause has not yet been determined.

Michael Perich
Michael Perich  was an LSU professor who helped fight the spread of the West Nile virus. Perich worked with the East Baton Rouge Parish Mosquito Control and Rodent Abatement District to determine whether mosquitoes in the area carried West Nile.  Walker Police Chief Elton Burns said Sunday that Perich of 5227 River Bend Blvd., Baton Rouge, crashed his Ford pickup truck about 4:30 a.m. Saturday, while heading west on Interstate 12 in Livingston Parish. Perich's truck veered right off the highway about 3 miles east of Walker, flipped and landed in rainwater, Burns said. Perich, who was wearing his seat belt, drowned. The cause of the crash is under investigation, Burns said.

Robert Leslie Burghoff
Robert Leslie Burghoff was studying the virus that was plaguing cruise ships until he was killed by a mysterious white van in November of 2003.  Burghoff was walking on a sidewalk along the 1600 block of South Braeswood when a white van jumped the curb and hit him at 1:35 p.m. Thursday, police said. The van then sped away. Burghoff died an hour later at Memorial Hermann Hospital.

Dr Richard Stevens
Dr Richard Stevens was a hematologist. (Hematologists analyze the cellular composition of blood and blood producing tissues eg bone marrow).  He Disappeared after arriving for work on 21 July, 2003. A doctor whose disappearance sparked a national manhunt, killed himself because he could not cope with the stress of a secret affair, a coroner has ruled.

Dr.  Michael Patrick Kiley
Dr.  Michael Patrick Kiley was one of the world's leading microbiologists and an expert in developing and overseeing multiple levels of biocontainment facilities. He was at the forefront in the early studies of Lassa fever, the Ebola virus and mad cow disease while at the Centers for Disease Control in Atlanta, Ga.  He Died of massive heart attack. Coincidently, both Dr. Shope and Dr. Kiley were working on the lab upgrade to BSL 4 at the UTMB Galvaston lab for Homeland Security. The lab would have to be secure to house some of the deadliest pathogens of tropical and emerging infectious disease as well as bioweaponized ones.

Vadake Srinivasan
Vadake Srinivasan  was one of the most-accomplished and respected industrial biologists in academia, and held two doctorate degrees.  He died in a mysterious single car accident in Baton Rouge, La. Crashed car into a guard rail and ruled a stroke.

William T. McGuire
William T. McGuire was a NJ University Professor and Senior programmer analyst and adjunct professor at the New Jersey Institute of Technology in Newark.  His dismembered body was found floating in three suitcases in the Chesapeake Bay.

Dr. Eugene F. Mallove
Mallove was well respected for his knowledge of cold fusion. He had just published an open letter outlining the results of and reasons for his last 15 years in the field of new energy research. Dr. Mallove was convinced it was only a matter of months before the world would actually see a free energy device.  He Died after being beaten to death during an alleged robbery.

Antonina Presnyakova
Antonina Presnyakova  was the former Soviet biological weapons laboratory in Siberia.  She died after accidentally sticking herself with a needle laced with Ebola.

Dr. Assefa Tulu
Dr. Tulu joined the health department in 1997 and served for five years as the county's lone epidemiologist. He was charged with tracking the health of the county, including the spread of diseases, such as syphilis, AIDS and measles. He also designed a system for detecting a bioterrorism attack involving viruses or bacterial agents. Tulu often coordinated efforts to address major health concerns in Dallas County, such as the West Nile virus outbreaks of the past few years, and worked with the media to inform the public.  Dallas County's chief epidemiologist, was found at his desk, died of a
stroke.

Dr Paul Norman
He was the chief scientist for chemical and biological defence at the Ministry of Defence's laboratory at Porton Down, Wiltshire. He travelled the world lecturing on the subject of weapons of mass destruction.  He died when the Cessna 206 crashed shortly after taking off from Dunkeswell Airfield on Sunday. A father and daughter also died at the scene, and 44-year-old parachute instructor and Royal Marine Major Mike Wills later died in the hospital.

Here's a trailer for a made-for-TV movie called Toxic Skies that a friend of mine just co-produced. Starring Anne Heche, the film was inspired by the Chem Trails conspiracy theory, which holds that some jet contrails (the vapor trails the form behind jets at high altitudes) are actually toxic chemicals deliberately sprayed at high altitude for an undisclosed but presumably sinister purpose.

"המדינה ורשויות הבריאות הרי מחייבות כל תרופה או חיסון לעבור סדרת בדיקות מקיפה כדי לוודא את בטיחותו."

בואו נניח בצד רגע, את הטיעון הלגיטימי שהרבה מאוד מהתרופות ומהחיסונים שכן קיבלו אישור אחרי בדיקה מקיפה,

התבררו כהרסניים, מזיקים וגורמי מוות ובעיות בריאות אחרות.

בואו נדבר על החיסון החדש לשפעת החזירים.

לפי חוקי הפטריוטיות בארה"ב, חוקים שעברו בקונגרס אחרי פיגועי התאומים ב-2001, חוקים שבמסגרתם

רשויות החוק, הסוכנויות להגנת המולדת והנשיא עצמו קיבלו לידיהם כוח כמעט בלתי מוגבל לעצור את האזרחים, לחפש בביתם בלי הסכמתם או ללא צורך בצו משופט, להאזין לכל שיחה טלפונית רגילה או בנייד, להחזיק אתכם במעצר ממושך ולא מוגבל בזמן מבלי שתהיה לכם הזכות לראות שופט,

ועוד כהנה וכהנה חוקים שמטרתם "להגן"על האזרחים מטרוריסט "מסוכן" ו"אנונימי", וכל זאת רק על סמך החשד שאתם עוסקים בפעילות שמסכנת את המדינה.

מה זו פעילות שמסכנת את המדינה?

היום זה חשש לביצוע מעשה טרור.

מחר זה יהיה התאספות שאינה חוקית, או חלוקת עלונים נגד הממשלה.

כבר ראינו את זה קורה בעבר בהיסטוריה.

ובני האדם הוכיחו כבר שלמידה מטעויות העבר היא לא התכונה החזקה שלהם.

מה הקשר בין חוקי הפטריוטיות למגיפת שפעת החזירים

לפי חוקי הפטריוטיות, בכל מצב של סכנה ממשית לביטחון המדינה, לנשיא מוקנות סמכויות מיוחדות לשעת חירום.

ברגע שמגיפת השפעת הוכרזה כמגיפה שלב 6 לפי ארגון הבריאות העולמי,

הדבר אפשר לממשל האמריקני להפעיל את הסמכויות שהוקנו לו ע"י הקונגרס, במסגרת חוקי הפטריוטיות.

במסגרת הסמכויות הללו, ובמקרה של מגיפה, ניתן אישור מיוחד לחברות התרופות לייצר במהירות חיסון,

מבלי לעבור את בדיקות הבטיחות והיעילות שנדרשים בזמן רגיל.

זה בדיוק מה שקרה.

לא רק באמריקה. גם באירופה, סוכנות התרופות האירופית אפשרה לחברות התרופות לדלג על

תהליכי הבדיקה המפרכים הכוללים בדיקה על מאות נבדקים אנושיים לפני שחיסון משוחרר וניתן לכלל האוכלוסיה.

וזו לא ההקלה היחידה שחברות התרופות קיבלו.

במסגרת מענק נדיב במיוחד של מיליארד דולר שניתן להם ע"י הממשל האמריקני, כדי לייצר במהירות את החיסון,

הם גם קיבלו מטריית הגנה משפטית ובמסגרתה לא יהיה ניתן לתבוע את חברות התרופות אם החיסון יתברר כהרסני, כגורם למומים וכגורם למוות.

כן, כן, אתם רואים נכון.

כאשר תלכו בסתיו הזה לקבל את החיסון נגד שפעת החזירים,

וחלילה בריאותכם תפגע כתוצאה מהחיסון,

לא תוכלו לתבוע את יצרנית החיסון.

הממשלה הבטיחה לה.

וכאשר זה נוגע לבעלי ההון, הממשלה גם מקיימת.

ואיפה התקשורת בסיפור הזה?

והנה, באורח פלא ממש, אנשים עומדים בתור כדי לקבל את החיסון, שלא עבר בדיקות מתאימות, ושלא הוכחה עדיין יעילותו במסגרת ניסויים מתאימים. כאשר המכון הלאומי האמריקני הודיע שבתחילת אוגוסט יחלו בשלב הראשון של מתן החיסון במסגרת ניסוי ראשוני, הם הוצפו בטלפונים ואי-מיילים של אנשים שהתחננו להיות חיות הניסוי של החיסון.

כוחו של הפחד מדהים.

באירופה, כל האוכלוסיה "תזכה" להיות במעמד של חיות מעבדה מאחר ושם לא נדרש שום ניסוי ראשוני על בני אדם לפני הפצת החיסון.

ולקינוח, בחלק מהחיסונים יהיה חומר משמר בשם תימרוסל המכיל כספית.

תימרוסל חשוד כאחד הגורמים שהביאו לעליה במקרי האוטיזם בילדים בשנים האחרונות,

ולגרימת נזקים נויורולוגיים חמורים.

כפי שפרסמנו, ב-1976 היתה התפרצות דומה של שפעת החזירים, למרות שאז זה היה זן רגיל ואילו היום מדובר בזן מאוד נדיר המכיל שילוב בלתי רגיל של שפעת בני אדם, שפעת חזירים ושפעת עופות.

ב-1976, בהתפרצות האחרונה של שפעת החזירים בארה"ב, חיסון שהוכן במהירות ושלא נבדק כראוי גרם למאות אנשים נזקים נויורולוגיים קשים כל-כך עד ליצירת שיתוק אצל חלקם.

הממסד הרפואי מיהר כמובן להצמיד תג שם למה שקרה.

הם קראו לזה: "סינדרום גיליאן בר"

(ברור שהם לא יקראו לזה, "תסמונת הרעלה מחיסון", זה שם שנותן יותר מדי אינפורמציה…)

אך העובדה היא שהרופאים לא ידעו מה בחיסון גרם לבעיות הקשות שאירעו, ואם המקרה הזה יחזור על עצמו בחיסונים של היום,

הרופאים ותומכי החיסונים ימהרו להתנער מכל אחריות וקשר.

(וזה מה שקורה היום עם הדיון והויכוח על הקשר בין חיסונים לאוטיזם. הכחשה והתעלמות מוחלטת)

למעשה יש הרבה מידע שאתם לא מקבלים מהממסד הרפואי או מהתקשורת בנוגע לחיסון נגד שפעת החזירים שיגיע בסתיו.

הנה רשימה חלקית של עשרת הברורים ביותר.

תיהנו.

שמונה דברים שאתם לא אמורים לדעת על החיסון נגד שפעת החזירים:

1. קצב ייצור החיסון הוחש, והחיסון מעולם לא נבדק כראוי על בני אדם. אתם רוצים לשחק בלהיות חיות מעבדה של חברות התרופות? אם כן, עמדו בתור לקבלת החיסון בסתיו.

2. החיסון נגד שפעת החזירים יכיל תימרוסל, חומר משמר עם כספית וגם זרזים כימיים שונים כדי להגביר את עוצמתו של החיסון.

3. החיסון נגד שפעת החזירים יכול להגדיל את הסכנה שהוא אמור לפתור בגלל שהוא ידכא את המערכת החיסונית וכך תישארו עם הגנה פגומה.

אין עדויות לכך שאפילו חיסון נגד שפעת רגילה מעניק הגנה משמעותית לאנשים שמקבלים אותו.

4. הרופאים עדיין לא יודעים מדוע החיסונים שניתנו ב-1976 גרמו לשיתוק אצל כ"כ הרבה אנשים.

וזה אומר שאין להם מושג עם החיסון החדש יגרום או לא יגרום לאותם בעיות.

והם גם לא בודקים את זה מספיק…

5. אפילו אם החיסון יהרוג אתכם, חברות התרופות יהנו מהגנה משפטית שתמנע כל אפשרות של תביעת נזיקין.

בדיוק בגלל זה אין להם סיבה לוודא ושוב לוודא שהחיסון בטוח לשימוש.

6. אף חיסון נגד שפעת לא יעיל כמו ויטמין D שיכול להגן עליכם מפני שפעת. זו אחת הסיבות שבגללה אין כמעט מקרי שפעת בקיץ.

חוקרים מעריכים שמיעוט חשיפה לשמש בגלל פחד מקרינה אולטרה-סגולית, שהיה בתוך מבנים כל היום וקרם הגנה מפני השמש, הוא אחד הגורמים ליכולת הפחותה של הגוף להתמודד עם נגיפים ומחלות.

7. חברות התרופות מרוויחות מיליארדים מהיצור של החיסון. הכסף הזה מגיע מכיסם של האזרחים, גם אלו שלא יחסונו, כי המימון הראשוני הוא ממשלתי, מכספו של משלם המיסים.

8. כאשר אנשים יתחילו למות במספרים גבוהים כתוצאה משפעת החזירים, תהיו בטוחים שהרבה מהם יהיו המחוסנים עצמם.

הרופאים ורשויות הבריאות יסבירו זאת בהגיון של חברות התרופות: "כמות הניצולים גבוהה יותר מכמות המתים."

כמובן שמספר הניצולים הוא מספר מומצא לחלוטין, שכן לא ניתו לבדוק האם האדם ניצל כתוצאה מהחיסון או כי הוא בורך במערכת חיסונית חזקה שיכלה לנגיף.

אומרים שהלוטו הוא מס על אנשים שלא יודעים מתמטיקה.

על אותו הגיון, חיסון נגד שפעת החזירים הוא מס על אנשים שלא מבינים מהי בריאות.

שפעת החזירים: מבצע חיסון אזרחי ישראל

ב 29 באוקטובר, 2009, פרסם משרד הבריאות בישראל חוזר מנכ"ל מספר 42/09 בנושא: מבצע חיסונים כנגד שפעת עולמית A/H1N1 2009, שלב א' (10).

מבצע החיסונים הישראלי מתחיל בישראל לאחר שעונת השפעת בחצי הכדור הדרומי נסתיימה עם פחות קורבנות משפעת החזירים בהשוואה לשפעת עונתית רגילה בשנים קודמות, וזאת ללא החיסון, ולאחר שבארה"ב חוקרים מצאו ששיא המגפה כבר מאחוריהם למרות שטרם החלו שם את מבצע החיסון ההמוני ושהחיסון למעשה אחר את הרכבת.

לפי חוזר מנכ"ל משרד הבריאות מבצע החיסונים יחל בחודש נובמבר 2009 בחיסון קבוצות יעד שזוהו כקבוצות בסיכון גבוה, כאשר בשלבים מתקדמים יותר תחוסן שאר האוכלוסיה. אוכלוסיית היעד לשלב הראשון כוללת עובדים במערכת הבריאות (למעט נשים בהריון), קבוצות בסיכון בני 3 שנים ועד 65 שנים (למעט נשים בהריון) ובני בית של תינוקות עד גיל חצי שנה המשתייכים לקבוצות הסיכון.

בשלב א' של התכנית ישמשו שני החיסונים הבאים: Pandemrix של חברתGSK ו Focetria של חברת Novartis . שני תרכיבים אלו הינם מומתים, מפוצלים, מיוצרים על ביצים מופרות ומכילים את הזן הנגיפי H1N1.

בהמשך צפוי להגיע לישראל תרכיב חיסון של יצרן שלישי שלא מכיל חומרי עזר )אדג'ובנטים). בשל רעילותם הגבוהה של האדג'ובנטים ושיעור תופעות הלוואי הגבוה הנרשם בחיסונים המכילים חומרים אלה הוחלט להמתין עם אוכלוסיות רגישות במיוחד (נשים בהריון, פעוטות על גיל 3 ומבוגרים מעל גיל 65) למשלוחי החיסון השלישי, ללא האדג'ובנטים.

כתבי עת מדעיים מובילים החלו לפרסם קולות הקוראים לבחינה מחודשת של מבצעי חיסון שפעת החזירים ודאגה מהחומרים הרעילים שבחלק מהחיסונים הללו המשווקים לציבור הרחב ללא בדיקות מספקות.

במכתב ל BMJ קוראים הרופא הכללי חואן גרוואס הספרדי וג'ים רייט לעמיתיהם: "אנא, האם אפשר לבצע מחקר אקראי ומבוקר עכשיו?". במכתבם הם מציינים כי "מבצע החיסונים ההמוני נגד שפעת החזירים מבוסס על הנחות שגויות, בהם: שהמגפה הנוכחית תהיה דומה לזו של 1919, בעוד תנאי המחיה (מים, שירותי רפואה ציבוריים, אנטיביוטיקה) היו שונים לגמרי אז לעומת היום; ששפעת החזירים הינה חמורה וקטלנית, בעוד שיעור המתים ממנה נמוך בהרבה משפעת עונתית רגילה; שהחיסון יעבוד, למרות חוסר במחקרי יעילות אקראיים ומבוקרים עבור חיסוני שפעת החזירים והשפעת העונתית; שחיסוני שפעת החזירים יעניקו הגנה זהה לחיסון הטבעי, למרות שבהדבקות ראשונה בשפעת אנו זוכים להגנה חזקה ביותר הנמשכת לאורך 50 שנה, בעוד שחיסוני שפעת נדרשים פעם (או פעמיים) בשנה כדי לספק הגנה פחות חזקה.

במכתב אחר ל BMJ, כותב מיכאל קוכן, אפידמיולוג בעל שם ונשיא המכללה הגרמנית לרפואה כללית ורופאי משפחה, כי הוא לא יתחסן בתרכיב הפנדרמיקס וכי ימליץ לעמיתיו לא לחסן את לקוחותיהם בחיסון זה, מחשש לתגובה לאדג'ובנטים שבחיסון זה, וקבע שהסיכון בחיסון זה עולה על יתרונותיו. על חמישים מיליון החיסונים האלה הניתנים בגרמניה אמר: "זהו ניסוי בקנה מידה גדול על אזרחי גרמניה". באותו מכתב מתוארת הדלפה לעיתון המוביל Der Spiegel על מאתיים אלף מנות חיסון פחות מסוכן ללא האדג'ובנטים, של חברת בקסטר, שהוזמנו ע"י משרד הפנים לקבוצה עילית של עובדי ממשלה. בגרמניה קמה סערה גדולה סביב ידיעה זו ונמסר שסקרים אחרונים מדווחים על 12% בלבד מאזרחי גרמניה שאמרו שיתחסנו בוודאות כנגד שפעת החזירים ועוד 19% אמרו שכנראה יתחסנו.
גם וולף-דיטר לודוויג, יושב ראש נציבות התרופות באיגוד הרפואי הגרמני, מתח ביקורת חריפה על ההתנהלות של מבצע חיסוני שפעת החזירים וכינה אותה "סקנדל". לודוויג צוטט בהרחבה בכלי התקשורת: "רשויות הבריאות נגררו לקמפיין החיסונים הזה אחרי חברות התרופות שפשוט רוצים להרוויח עוד כסף מאיום שהינו בבחינת הנחה בלבד". לודוויג אישר ל BMJ שאמר זאת, והוסיף שממשלת גרמניה שילמה יותר מדי על 50 מיליון מנות חיסון ה פנדרמריקס של GSK, וכי הממשלה טעתה בכך שלקחה על עצמה אחריות משפטית לנזקים אפשריים מהחיסון: "אני חושב שזה לא הוגן ויצרני החיסון היו צריכים לקחת אחריות לסיכונים". דר' לודוויג סבור שלא הפנדמריקס ולא החיסון של בקסטר (שנרכש עבור עובדי הממשל) נבדקו באופן מספק.
גם דר' וולפגנג וודרג, רופא וחבר הבונדסטג (הפרלמנט הגרמני), אמר ל BMJ: "המחקרים הקלינים לא היו מספקים על מנת שנחסן מיליוני אנשים", וכי הממשלה יצרה פאניקה מיותרת. דר' וודרג גם אמר ש "חלק גדול מהאחריות לזה נופל לפתחו של ארגון הבריאות העולמי".

מיכאל קוכן גם מתח ביקורת על ארגון הבריאות העולמי בשל חוסר עצמאותו משליטתן של יצרני התרופות.

דר' דייזי שטרן, רופאת משפחה ורפואה מונעת, שוחחה עם פרופ' דן אנגלהרד מבית החולים הדסה עין-כרם על החלטת משרד הבריאות הישראלי לחסן את האוכלוסיה בחיסונים אלו ואף כתבה לו מכתב לאחר שיחתם.

רשויות הבריאות בשוויצריה אסרו על השימוש בתרכיב Pandemrixלצעירים מתחת לגיל 18, למבוגרים מעל לגיל 60 ולנשים בהריון הואילובבקשה לאישור החיסון שהוגשה לאיחוד האירופאי (על בסיס חיסון-דמה לנגיף H5N1) מצויין שהחיסון נחשב לבטוח בין גילאים אלו, וכי צעירים מתחת לגיל 18 ומבוגרים מעל לגיל 60 כלל לא נכללו בבדיקות החיסון. בבקשה זו מצויינות תופעות הלוואי שנצפו בניסויים שנעשו על שפנים וכן מצויינים אותם בדיקות בטיחות שלא נעשו על חיסון זה: בדיקות להתפתחות סרטן, בטיחות פרמקולוגית, פעילות ספיגה, הפצה, עיבוד והפרשת החומרים הפעילים בתרכיב. מוות של שפנה אחת בהריון לאחר החיסון נחשב כלא קשור לחיסון לפי שיפוטם של החוקרים.

בין תופעות הלוואי שנצפו בניסויים על בני אדם: בלוטות לימפה מוגדלות, נדודי שינה, כאבי ראש, סחרחורת ונטיה לישנוניות, שלשולים, הקאות, כאבי בטן, הזעה מוגברת, גרוד ופריחה בעור, כאבי פרקים ושרירים.

באנגליה כשליש מהאחיות ו 60% מהרופאים מסרבים להתחסן כנגד שפעת החזירים מחשש לבטיחותו שלא נבדקה כראוי.
יותר ויותר רופאים יוצאים בגלוי נגד החיסון ומסרבים להתחסן בעצמם, כמו גם להמליץ ללקוחותיהם להתחסן. בין הרופאים הדוחים את החיסון גם דר' ליז מילר, רופאת משפחה מלונדון: "אני לא מתכוונת להתחסן בחיסון הזה ולא אמליץ אותו ללקוחות שלי. הוא לא נבדק ואינו נחוץ. הגיע הזמן שרופאים יתחילו לחשוב בעצמם במקום לציית באופן עיוור למחלקת הבריאות מתוך חשש להפסיד מימון הניתן להם בחינם". בתוך כך, מחלקת הבריאות בבריטניה הגדילה משמעותית את הבונוסים הכספיים הניתנים לרופאי משפחה על בסיס שיעורי המחוסנות של לקוחותיהם עד כדי אלפי ליש"ט למי שיעמוד ביעדי שיעור המחוסנות כנגד שפעת החזירים בקרב לקוחותיו.

גם באיטליה רופאים אומרים לא לחיסון, זאת לאחר שסגן שר הבריאות, פרוצ'יו פאזיו וראש עיריית רומא, ג'יאני אלמאנו, החליטו נגד החיסון. לפי סקר שנערך באיטליה, 6 מתוך 10 רופאים לא מחסנים את הלקוחות שלהם נגד שפעת החזירים, במיוחד חולים במחלות לב. גם ג'יאנלואיג'י פאסריני, חבר באיגוד האירופאי לאיכות ברפואה הכללית (EQUIP), אמר שלא ימליץ ללקוחותיו להתחסן בחיסון זה והוסיף: "הוירוס הזה אינו אלים ואין שום סיבה להכריח אנשים להתחסן כנגדו".

גם בשוויץ הרופאים מודאגים והפנו את השאלות הבאות לנבחריהם בפרלמנט:

* האם יש תכנית לחיוב חיסון נגד שפעת החזירים תוך שימוש בצבא?
* האם קיימים חקיקה או צוים אחרים הקשורים עם המגפה
* האם יש מסמכים רשמיים המגנים על חברות התרופות מפני תביעות פליליות או אזרחיות במקרה שהחיסונים יגרמו נזק רפוא.
* מה עלויות המלחמה בשפעת החזירים?
* האם יש עדויות מדעיות מאושרות שהחיסון איננו יותר מזיק מוירוס שפעת החזירים בעצמו?

ובפולין, שרת הבריאות אוה קופאץ הודיעה במסיבת עיתונאיםטלויזיונית שנערכה, באותו היום בו פרסם משרד הבריאות הישראלי את חוזר המנכ"ל האמור, שעד עתה לא בוצעו בדיקות המבטיחות את בטיחות החיסון ולכן אין היא יכולה להמליץ עליו לאזרחי פולין. קופאץ, רופאת משפחה עם נסיון של עשרים שנה, נימקה בפני עמיתיה בפרלמנט את החלטתה (ראה סרט בדף זה למעלה)  וסיפרה, בין השאר, שבחוזה עליו היא היתה אמורה לחתום עם יצרני החיסון היו כעשרים פסקאות המנוגדות לחוק. ראש ממשלת פולין, דונלד טאסק, גיבה את שרת הבריאות שלו בדיווח לעיתונאים ואמר: "ממשלתנו לא תרכוש חיסונים נגד שפעת החזירים שלא נבדקו כראוי או מיצרנים שלא יקחו אחריות לתופעות לוואי אפשריות". טאסק אמר לכתבים שיצרני החיסונים מפעילים לחץ על ממשלות לקנות, אך גם דורשים שכל האחריות והפיצויים בגין תגובות שליליות אפשריות יפלו לפתחן של הממשלות. "אנו מתמודדים עתה עם לחץ גדול מצד חברות התרופות…אנו מתמודדים עם ציפיות שמאות מיליוני זלוטי [דולר] יבוזבזו על חיסונים בשעה שאף אחד לא מוכן להבטיח שאין להם תופעות לוואי", כך טאסק, שאמר גם שבפולין נרשמו כמה עשרות מקרי שפעת החזירים שעברו בצורה קלה וללא דיווחים על קורבנות בנפש.

ובקייב, נשיא ביילרוס אלכסנדר לוקשנקו אמר במסיבת עיתונאים משותפת עם עמיתו האוקראיני ויקטור יושצ'נקו כי הוא משוכנע שאלו המבקשים לזרוע פאניקה סביב נגיף שפעת החזירים הם לא אחרים מאשר יצרני החיסונים. "אני יודע מה הולך בעולם המושחת של ייצור ומכירת תרופות", אמר לוקשנקו, והוסיף: "שפעת זו איננה חסרת מרפא כמו צרעת וכולרה. היא ניתנת לריפוי".

חוקרים בהולנד מצאו שמחלת השפעת דווקא משפרת את חסינות הגוף בפני זנים שונים של שפעת בכלל.

נתונים רשמיים מארה"ב מראים ששיעור החולים בשפעת החזירים בפעל, לאחר אימות, נמוך באופן משמעותי מהדיווחים המנופחים שנשמעו בהתחלה. בישראל לא מדווחים לנו כמה מקרים אומתו באופן קליני כחולים בשפעת החזירים, אך משרד הבריאות סופר כל קורבן שנמצא בדמו הנגיף כאילו הוא מת משפעת החזירים, גם אם הוא סבל ממחלות רקע קשות אחרות או נפל מפיגום
.

הרכב החיסונים:

בולטים במיוחד החומרים המסוכנים הבאים:

* תימרוסל (כספית)

* סקואלין

* פורמלדהייד

* פוליסורבט-80

תימרוסל מכיל כספית בשיעור של כ 50% וידוע כרעיל . בשל סערה ציבורית שהתימרוסל כחומר מעורר בחיסונים חולל בשנות התשעים, הוחלט בארה"ב על הוראה ליצרני החיסונים להפסיק להשתמש בתימרוסל בחיסונים הניתנים לפי תכנית החיסונים הרשמית. ישנם מספר חיסונים המכילים עדין תימרוסל, בהם מרבית חיסוני השפעת.ישיבת סימפסונווד המפורסמת חשפה מידע על רעילות התימרוסל כפי שהיה ידוע לרשויות הבריאות, מידע אותו ניסו לטשטש ולהסתיר מהציבור.

סקואלין נמצא כחומר רעיל במיוחד בחיות. תופעות שנצפו במחקרים שונים כוללות דלקת פרקים, טרשת נפוצה ומחלות אוטו-אימיוניות. בין המעבדות שביצעו מחקרים המצביעים על רעילות סקואלין גם מעבדת קרולינסקה בשטוקהולם, המעניקה את פרסי הנובל ברפואה ופיזיולוגיה. בספרו של גארי מטסומוטו , "חיסון A", מראה מטסומוטו את התפקיד של סקואלין בתסמונת מלחמת המפרץ, תסמונת בה לקו חיילים לאחר שקיבלו חיסונים ניסויים שהכילו חומר רעיל זה.

פורמלדהייד נמצא אף הוא רעיל מאד .

השימוש בסקוואלין כאדג'ובנט בחיסונים לא אושר לשימוש בארה"ב עי מינהל התרופות והמזון (FDA).

חוזר מנכ"ל משרד הבריאות מפרט מהן הפעולות הנדרשות מול המתחסנים טרם מתן החיסון:

* אימות שייכות לקבוצת הזכאים להתחסן:

* מידע על קבוצות היעד לחיסון ומקומות החיסון יופץ לציבור דרך אמצעי התקשורת

* אוכלוסיות בסיכון:

- כל קופה תכין רשימה ברמת מרפאה של אוכלוסיות היעד לחיסון עפ"י הקריטריונים המפורטים בחוזר זה.

- מבוטחי הקופות יפנו למרפאות הקופה לתיאום קבלת החיסון.

- במידה שהמבוטח מופיע ברשימות שהוכנו מראש, יקבל את החיסון ע"י אחותללא צורך באישור רפואי נוסף.

- במידה שהמבוטח אינו מופיע ברשימות, יופנה לרופא המרפאה לבדיקת זכאותו לקבלת חיסון, ויחוסן רק לאחר אישור הרופא המטפל.

- אוכלוסיות ייחודיות שיתחסנו בבתי החולים יזוהו באחריות המכונים/המחלקות המטפלים בהם

* עובדים במערכת הבריאות:

- עובדים שיתחסנו במוסד בו הם עובדים יזוהו על פי השתייכות למוסד

- עובדים במגזר הפרטי שיתחסנו בלשכות הבריאות יזוהו על בסיס הצגת תעודת מקצוע/אישור מעביד

* יש ליתן את דף המידע למתחסן קודם לביצוע החיסון. במידה שהמתחסן הינו קטין או חוסה יש ליתן את דף המידע לאפוטרופוס המלווה אותו.

* לפני מתן החיסון יש לוודא כי למטופל אין הוריית נגד למתן החיסון.

הוריות נגד

* לפני מתן מנה שניה בסדרה, יש לברר אם היו תופעות לוואי לאחר המנה הקודמת שלתרכיב נגד שפעת, ואם כן, אילו תופעות לוואי ארעו.

- תגובה קשה לאחר מנה קודמת של התרכיב נגד שפעת.

- תגובה אלרגית מסוג אנפילקטי לכל אחד ממרכיבי התרכיבים (המפורטיםלעי"ל)

- מחלה חדה עם חום עד להחלמה.

תופעות לוואי:

* להלן פירוט תופעות לוואי אפשריות בשני התרכיבים על פי עלוני היצרן

- תופעות לוואי מקומיות כגון, אודם, נפיחות, קשר תת-עורי, שטפי דם תת-עורי כאבים במקום ההזרקה.

- תופעות לוואי כלליות כגון, עליית חום, חוסר תיאבון, חולשה, הזעה,צמרמורת, כאבי ראש, כאבי שרירים, כאבי פרקים, פריחה.

- תופעות אלה עלולות להתרחש בתדירות של כ 1:1000- עד 1:10

- תופעות לוואי נדירות יותר: כאב עצבים, תחושת נימול, התכווצויות, ירידה חולפת במספר טסיות הדם, תגובות אלרגיות, לרבות הלם אנפילקטי עלולות .להתרחש בתדירות של כ 1:10000- עד 1:1000

- תופעות לוואי נדירות ביותר כגון, דלקת כלי-דם עם פגיעה בכליות,Erythema  Multiforme ,Neuritis ,Encephalomyelitis ,Guillain-Barre Syndrome . עלולות להתרחש בתדירות של פחות מ 1:10000-
